What happens on the visit

You do not need to know which battery your car takes. Send the make, model and year with your location, and the technician arrives with the right size on the van.

   Message or call

   Send your location and your car on WhatsApp, or call. You get the price and the arrival time before anyone sets off.

   Test before replacing

   The technician tests the battery and the charging system first. If the battery is not the problem, you are told so and pay nothing for the diagnosis.

   Fit the correct battery

   The old battery comes out, the terminals are cleaned, and a new battery of the right size, terminal layout and technology goes in and is clamped down.

   Start, check and hand over

   The car is started, charging is checked again, and the warranty is registered. You pay once the car is running.

   Old battery removed

   The technician takes the old battery away for recycling. Lead-acid batteries should never go in general waste.

Car battery replacement cost in the UAE

The price depends on the battery your car takes, not on where you are parked. Larger engines need larger batteries, and start-stop and European cars need AGM, which costs more. Every price below includes the battery, fitting at your location and the warranty, with no call-out fee inside our service area.

Signs you need a new battery, not a jump

A battery that went flat because a light was left on can recover. A battery that goes flat on its own is finished. These are the signs that point to replacement:

• The engine cranks more slowly than it used to, most noticeably on the first start of the day.
• The car needed a jump start more than once in the same month.
• The battery is more than two years old and has been through at least two UAE summers.
• The battery case looks swollen, or the terminals keep growing a white or green crust.
• Headlights dim and the AC fan slows when the car is idling.

Choosing the battery

We stock sixteen brands across flooded, EFB and AGM types, so there is normally more than one option for your car at different prices and warranty lengths. The technician recommends the type the car needs — not the most expensive one on the van.

If your car has start-stop or left the factory with an AGM battery, it must be replaced with the same technology or better. Fitting a cheaper standard battery in its place shortens the new battery's life to months.

Why batteries fail faster here

Heat is what wears a car battery out. The chemical reactions inside it roughly double in speed for every 10°C rise, including the ones that corrode the plates and dry out the electrolyte. A battery that would last four or five years in a mild climate typically lasts two to three in the UAE.

The damage builds up through summer and often shows itself on a restart after a short stop — at a petrol station, outside a shop, in a mall car park. That is the call we get most.
