Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 August 2026
These terms apply every time you contact us, request a quote, or book any of our services. By calling us, messaging us on WhatsApp, or submitting a request through this website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the services.
1. Who we are and what we do
We operate a mobile car battery service in the United Arab Emirates. We come to the vehicle rather than asking you to drive to a workshop.
Our services include battery replacement, battery testing, jump starts, alternator and charging-system checks, and related roadside assistance.
We are not a manufacturer. Batteries we supply are made by third parties, and we pass on the manufacturer's warranty as described below.
2. Service area and availability
We serve Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman, along with nearby areas we confirm at the time of booking. Coverage outside those areas is offered case by case and may carry an additional charge, which we tell you before dispatch.
We aim to operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, but availability depends on technician load, weather, traffic and road closures. We do not guarantee that a technician will be available at any given moment.
3. Arrival times are estimates
Any arrival time we quote — on this website, in a message, or over the phone — is an estimate based on typical conditions and the technician nearest you at that moment.
Estimates are not a contractual commitment. Traffic, weather, access restrictions at your location, and demand can all change them. We will tell you if the estimate changes materially, and you may cancel at no cost before the technician reaches you.
4. Quotes, prices and payment
Prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices for common vehicle and battery combinations. The price that applies to you is the one we confirm in writing, by message, for your specific vehicle before the technician is dispatched.
The confirmed price covers the battery, delivery to your location, fitting, and removal of the old battery, unless we state otherwise. Additional work identified on site — for example a faulty alternator, corroded terminals, or a non-standard battery housing — is quoted separately and only carried out with your approval.
Prices include VAT where it applies. Payment is due on completion of the work unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods advertised at the time of booking.
Where you choose to pay in instalments through a third-party provider, that arrangement is between you and that provider. Their terms, fees and credit checks apply, and we are not a party to them.
5. Old batteries
Unless you tell us otherwise at the time of fitting, we take the replaced battery away for recycling through licensed channels. Once removed, it becomes our property and cannot be returned to you afterwards.
6. Warranty
Batteries we supply carry a manufacturer warranty. The exact period depends on the battery model and is stated on your invoice. Where a longer period is advertised, it refers to the maximum available across our range, not to every battery we sell.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and premature failure under normal use. It does not cover physical damage, deep discharge caused by leaving loads switched on, fire, flood, accident, incorrect charging by other equipment, modification, or a fault elsewhere in the vehicle that damages the battery — most commonly a failing alternator or a parasitic drain.
To claim, contact us with your invoice details. We test the battery first. If the claim is valid, we replace the battery under the manufacturer's terms. Our workmanship is warranted for 30 days from the date of service.
7. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about the vehicle, its location and the fault. An incorrect model or year can mean the wrong battery arrives.
- Be present, or have an authorised person present, and confirm you are entitled to authorise work on the vehicle.
- Make sure the technician can safely and lawfully reach the vehicle, including access to gated communities, basement parking and private property.
- Tell us in advance about anything unusual — an aftermarket alarm or immobiliser, a battery in an unusual position, stop-start or AGM requirements, or any active vehicle fault.
- Remove or secure valuables in the vehicle before work starts.
8. Things we cannot be responsible for
Disconnecting a battery can reset settings that the vehicle stores in volatile memory, such as radio presets and codes, clock, seat or window calibration, and some driver-assistance settings. We take reasonable care, but we are not responsible for those resets or for re-entering codes we were not given.
We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, for damage caused by conditions we could not reasonably detect, or for consequential losses such as missed appointments, lost income, towing arranged separately, or vehicle hire.
Where our liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
9. Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge at any point before the technician arrives at your location. If a technician has already travelled to you and the work is cancelled on arrival for a reason outside our control, we may charge a call-out fee, which we tell you about before dispatch.
We may decline or stop a job if the location is unsafe, if access is not possible, if the vehicle or fault is outside what we handle, or if the person present cannot authorise the work.
10. Communications and recordings
When you contact us by phone or messaging apps we keep a record of the exchange so we can dispatch a technician, confirm what was agreed, and handle warranty claims. How we handle that information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
11. Use of this website
The content of this site — text, layout, images, illustrations and code — belongs to us or our licensors and is provided for your personal use in deciding whether to book. You may not copy, scrape, republish or resell it without our written permission.
Vehicle specifications, battery fitment data, coverage maps, temperature readings and estimated arrival times shown on the site are provided for guidance only. They are drawn from third-party sources and can be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm the fitment and price with us before relying on them.
You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use automated systems to place false bookings.
12. Third-party links and services
This site links to and relies on third-party services, including messaging platforms, mapping and weather providers, analytics and advertising services, and instalment payment providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The version published on this page at the time you book is the version that applies to that booking. The date at the top shows when we last revised them.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
15. Contact
