Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 August 2026

This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and through the calls and messages you send us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what control you have over it. It applies to this website and to the mobile car battery services we provide in the United Arab Emirates.

1. Data you give us directly

  • Contact details — your name and phone number, and your messaging profile name if you contact us through a messaging app.
  • Location — the area, address, building or parking level you give us so a technician can reach the vehicle. If you use the "use my location" button, your browser sends approximate coordinates, and we use them only to select your area. We do not track your position afterwards.
  • Vehicle details — make, model, year, and anything you tell us about the fault.
  • Service and payment records — what was fitted, when, the price, the invoice, and warranty claims. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored by us.
  • Anything else you choose to send us in a message, including photos of the vehicle or battery.

2. Data collected automatically

Like most websites, this one records technical information when you visit: IP address, approximate location derived from it, device and browser type, language, referring page, the pages you view, and how you interact with them.

We collect this through cookies and similar technologies placed by us and by the analytics and advertising providers named below.

3. Why we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry, quote a price, and dispatch a technician to the right place.
  • To carry out the service, invoice it, and handle warranty claims afterwards.
  • To keep records required for tax, accounting and consumer-protection purposes.
  • To measure how the website performs and improve it.
  • To measure our advertising, understand which campaigns produce enquiries, and show relevant ads to people who visited the site.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse and false bookings, and to protect our staff and customers.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We use them in three ways:

  • Necessary — needed for the site to load and work correctly. These cannot be switched off through the site.
  • Analytics — Google Analytics, which tells us how many people visit, which pages they read, and where they leave. This data is aggregated and used to improve the site.
  • Advertising — Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing tags, which record that a visit led to a call or a WhatsApp message, and allow ads to be shown to previous visitors on Google and its partner sites.

5. Advertising and analytics providers

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads, both provided by Google. Google acts as an independent controller for some of this data and may combine it with data it holds from your use of other sites and services. Google's own privacy policy explains how it handles that data, at policies.google.com/privacy.

You can see and change how Google personalises ads to you at adssettings.google.com, and you can opt out of Google Analytics entirely with the browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your name, phone number or address with advertising networks.

6. Who else we share data with

  • Our technicians and dispatch staff — the name, phone number, location and vehicle details needed to complete the job.
  • Messaging and telephony providers — when you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, that platform processes the message under its own privacy policy.
  • Payment and instalment providers — where you pay by card or choose an instalment plan, they process your payment data directly and under their own terms.
  • Suppliers and manufacturers — limited details needed to process a warranty claim.
  • Professional advisers, insurers, and government or regulatory authorities where the law requires it.

7. Where your data is held

Our records are held in the United Arab Emirates and with service providers whose systems may be located elsewhere, including the European Union and the United States. Where data leaves the UAE, we rely on providers that offer contractual protections consistent with UAE data-protection law.

8. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to 12 months. Service and invoice records are kept for as long as required by UAE tax and commercial law, currently five years, and for the duration of any warranty. Website analytics data is retained for up to 26 months in aggregated form.

9. Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to customer records is limited to staff who need it to do their job. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data and to detect and respond to incidents.

10. Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it where we are not required to keep it, or stop using it for marketing. You can also withdraw consent for cookies at any time by clearing them and adjusting your browser settings.

To make a request, contact us on the phone number or WhatsApp link shown throughout this site. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, and we respond within 30 days.

11. Children

Our services are aimed at vehicle owners and drivers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices or the services we rely on change. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.

13. Contact

For any question about this policy or about the data we hold, contact us on the phone number or WhatsApp link shown throughout this site.
