Roewe 750 battery replacement

Saloon developed from the Rover 75; older car, so check terminals and earth straps too.

Fitment check

Choosing the battery for a 750

We start with the build year and engine, then read the fitted battery label. The technician checks battery technology, amp-hour rating, case dimensions, hold-down and terminal side. A battery with the right voltage but the wrong case or terminal layout is not a sound fit.

The old battery is tested before removal and the charging system is checked after fitting. If the car needs a battery-management reset or registration, the technician explains the requirement for that version before the work is closed.
