The D9 is often used as an executive shuttle, waiting outside hotels and offices with the climate control on and rear-seat screens active. That use can leave the 12V battery supporting heavy loads for long periods, and heat adds to the wear. If a D9 starts showing warnings or will not switch on after a wait, the 12V battery is the first thing to test.
BYD-group vehicles increasingly use lithium iron phosphate 12V batteries rather than lead-acid, and the two require different handling. Because Denza models are recent and documentation in the UAE is limited, we ask for a photo of the 12V battery label before booking. That tells us whether we can supply a matching unit or whether it is a dealer-only part.
