Eagle was the brand Chrysler created after buying American Motors in 1987, and it was retired in 1998. Its range had mixed origins: the four-wheel-drive Wagon carried over from AMC, the Premier was an AMC design with Renault input, the Summit was a Mitsubishi Mirage, the Talon was built alongside the Mitsubishi Eclipse, and the Vision was one of Chrysler's LH sedans. In the UAE these cars are scarce enthusiast imports, and each is best treated according to its roots.

The Talon TSi, particularly with all-wheel drive, packed a turbocharged four-cylinder engine into a small front compartment. Heat from the turbo and exhaust soaks the battery area after a drive, and in a UAE summer that shortens battery life noticeably. Parts match the Mitsubishi Eclipse and Plymouth Laser of the same years, which makes finding the correct size straightforward.
The Vision shares its cab-forward LH platform with the Chrysler Concorde and Dodge Intrepid, so its battery fitment normally follows theirs. The Premier, an older design, has its own layout and is the rarest of the family here. Both carry power windows, climate control and other equipment that make it worth checking the battery and the alternator together.
The original four-wheel-drive Wagon was an early take on the car-based off-roader, and survivors are cherished by their owners. Its electrics are simple, but old cables and earth straps often cause the slow cranking that gets blamed on the battery. If your wagon sits for weeks between drives, disconnecting the battery or fitting a maintainer spares it the deep discharges that heat makes worse.

If the car is driven less than once a week, yes. Old cars still have clocks, alarms and radio memory that drain a battery slowly, and a battery left partly flat in UAE heat loses capacity for good. A maintainer holds it at full charge between drives.
