Zeekr cars carry large screens, air suspension on several models, power doors on the 009 and connected services that keep modules awake. That standby demand, combined with UAE heat, wears the 12V battery sooner than in a basic car. A 009 used as a chauffeured shuttle is a typical case where the auxiliary battery works especially hard.

When a Zeekr refuses to wake or shows a low-voltage warning, the 12V battery is the usual cause, not the main pack. We test and replace the 12V battery on site. Anything involving the high-voltage system, charging hardware or drive units is for the brand's service network.
Zeekr is relatively new to the region, and 12V battery specifications can vary by model and build period. A photo of the existing battery label, including size and terminal layout, allows the technician to bring the right unit on the first visit.
