The later e.wave X was a small crossover-style model. The company has been through insolvency proceedings, which leaves owners with limited factory support. Any example in the UAE will be a private import, and its 12V battery is one of the few parts an independent service can reliably look after.

Even a modest city EV like the Life needs its 12V battery to power the controls, lights and locks and to switch on the high-voltage system. Short urban trips and long parked spells give the car little chance to top it up, and heat speeds its decline. If the car shows no sign of life, the 12V battery is the first thing to test. The drive battery is not part of our work.
With the maker's future uncertain and no UAE representation, owners should not assume a battery is easy to identify from a catalogue. We ask for photos of the fitted 12V battery and its label, and confirm the size, terminals and type before we arrive. If we cannot supply a correct match, we say so rather than improvise.
The Life was designed around a light structure with plastic body panels to keep cost and weight down. That generally makes routine jobs straightforward, but trim clips and panels on a rare car are hard to replace if they break. Our technicians take their time around the battery area and refit every cover as they found it.

Start with the 12V battery. If it is flat, the car cannot power up its drive system even when the main pack holds charge. We can test it on site and replace it with a matching unit.
For the 12V battery, usually yes, since it is a standard automotive part once identified. Parts specific to the car, such as body panels or drive components, are a different matter and may need a specialist importer.
