Start&Stop cars need the right battery type
Many Fiats built in the last decade shut the engine off at traffic lights and restart it when you lift off the brake. That pattern cycles the battery far harder than normal driving, so these cars leave the factory with an EFB or similar enhanced battery. Fitting a cheaper conventional unit usually works for a few weeks, then the Start&Stop function stops engaging and the battery dies early.
