Aftermarket alarms and old splices
A car of this age has often gained an aftermarket alarm, a replacement stereo or a tracker along the way, and poor splices behind the dashboard are a common source of slow overnight drain. If a Riich keeps flattening its battery, the technician measures the current it draws once asleep before blaming the battery. A new battery fitted to a car with a hidden drain simply dies again.
